  • Elite Design Assistants provides professional Virtual Design Assistants (VDAs) that offer digital services and support to interior designers.

    With the support of a VDA, designers can seamlessly accomplish tasks and projects in all aspects of the interior design industry.

  • We offer a wide range of services, including, but not limited to, administrative tasks, procurement, sourcing, 3D renders, CAD drawings, social media, copywriting, bookkeeping, managing client communication, invoicing, consultations, and more. Our expert team of VDAs have the skillsets to offer almost all design-related services that can be done virtually! Please view our services page for more services available.

    Administration Tasks consist of invoicing, purchase orders, proposals, presentations, tracking shipments, procurement, emailing, scheduling, client management, vendor management, and back-end office-type tasks.

    Online Business Management (OBM) would be more of the streamlining processes and systems, identifying roles, creating SOW for the roles, assisting with hiring for those roles, creating a sales strategy, profitability strategy, productivity strategy, etc.

    Project Management is the management of the actual projects - taking them from the designer's hand-off and managing through the rest of the process, staying on top of all aspects of the organization and implementation of the project.

    Design Work includes CAD drafting, 3D renders, 3D modeling, sourcing, and design collaboration.

  • No, services are provided on an as-need basis. We will match you with a VDA for the timeframe, schedule, and projects you need. Services are provided with a flat hourly rate, with no minimum.

  • Yes, we only work with experienced professionals in the interior design industry.

  • Absolutely! We will always match your VDA with the platforms and requirements pertinent to your needs. Our VDAs have experience in platforms such as Ivy, MyDoma, Studio Designer, SketchUp, Chief Architect, 2020, Revit, AutoCAD, Canva, Asana, Trello, QuickBooks, etc.

  • Our team of experienced VDAs is continually growing. While the majority of our VDAs are located across the United States & Canada, we also have VDAs available to work in different time zones that fit your schedule and needs.

 

Pricing and Payments

  • As each service is unique and customized, please contact us for more information.

  • The contract is structured on an as-needed, hourly basis with no minimums. We will find you a VDA that can work with your schedule and needs, whether it is one month or one year!

  • Invoices are sent the first week of the month for the previous full calendar month. Payment is accepted via credit card, PayPal, or Zelle.

  • You will only have to pay for the services and hours provided by your VDA. It is up to you how you assign work to your VDAs. While contracts are created on an as-needed basis, many of our clients chose to work with us long-term.

  • Yes. Please let us know if you need weekly or monthly reporting.

 

Working with VDAs

  • Your journey with us will start with an email or call outlining what you are looking for and the type of support you need (platforms, services, timelines, etc.). We carefully go through your list of requirements and find potential VDAs who can provide the indicated services. You will then have the chance to meet your candidate via phone or video call. If you feel you have found the perfect match, we will send the contract and you can begin working directly with your VDA!

  • Once matched, you will have direct communication with your VDA through your preferred communication platform - email, zoom, phone calls, etc. Your VDAs will act as an extension of your team and adapt to your needs and preferences.

  • Of course! We will present candidates based on your needs and requirements. Whether you choose to interview the best one we see fit or multiple we see fit, you’ll always be encouraged to meet with a VDA before you choose to use the service.

    While contracting is on an as-needed basis we do match for long-term business relationships as most of our clients continue to work with us long-term.

  • As soon as possible. Once we define your needs and requirements, find the perfect VDA match, and finalize the contract, you can begin working with your VDA in as little as a few days.

  • Our goal is to offer the best possible services and depending on your request that might include working with multiple VDAs. As each VDA brings different skills and specializations, we’ll make sure to match you with the services and VDAs that suit your needs best. We have VDAs that specialize in administration, design, 3D renders, marketing, etc. and you can have the opportunity to work with several skilled VDAs.

  • During your intake call, we will determine your schedule and required timelines. We will then match you with a VDA who can complete and fulfill tasks based on your timeframe and needs.

  • Our trustworthy VDAs will always adapt to your needs to provide comfort and peace of mind. During your intake call, you can specify any security or confidentiality requirements. Once connected with your VDA, you can establish the appropriate measures needed to ensure your satisfaction. Whether you need an NDA or additional paperwork, our VDAs will always provide clear and transparent communication.

  • Our VDAs work with a number of programs and we can make suggestions based on what our VDAs and clients have found to be successful.
